Various inspections, such as electrical and framing, are taking place and the exterior of the house is being painted in time to show off for Homecoming!

A grand jury indictment was issued and a suspect was arrested for setting fire to the Alpha Xi Delta house in 2021.  The trial is scheduled for December.
